Nébih helps the hosts preparing for the opening with recommendations
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) helps the operation of restaurants to be opened with food safety and food hygiene recommendations.
In a statement, the agency highlighted the need for disinfectant cleaning in both factory and guest rooms and the need to wash dishes.
Inventories should be discarded if necessary, and a review of the self-monitoring system is recommended. Food can only be prepared in a facility in perfect condition, with trained staff, they added. (MTI)
