Minister of Agriculture increased fish consumption in Hungary
The Minister of Agriculture also spoke about the increase in fish consumption on Wednesday at the handover of the Tiszacsege fishing inn restored from the 110 million HUF.
Nagy István said that it is important for the government and the ministry that families have a healthy diet, that Hungarian fish are very delicious and that the consumption of fish has increased over the last ten years.
Fish consumption per capita reached 6.73 kilograms. The target is to increase this amount by one kilogram by 2023, the minister added, noting that a number of measures have been taken to reach this goal. (MTI)
