The ÉFOSZ calls for VAT cuts
The National Association of Food Industries welcomes the adoption of the Food Development Strategy – the ÉFOSZ published on its website.
The organization considers the government-level recognition of the food sector promising, however, in order to achieve the ambitious goals set out and to restore the competitiveness of the sector it is still essential to overview of the tax burden on the sector and reduce the taxes as soon as possible, and it is also important to retune the support system immediately.
