The Board of Directors of Zwack Unicum decides on the items on the agenda of the General Meeting

Zwack Unicum will not hold its annual general meeting convened on June 25, 2020, instead the company’s board of directors will decide on all issues on the agenda on that day, the decisions will be published in the usual way, the company announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange on Monday.

Shareholders are reminded that within 30 days of the publication of the resolutions, they may request that a general meeting be convened for the subsequent approval of the resolutions of the general meeting taken by the board of directors during the emergency.

Failure to meet the deadline, including if the shareholder’s application is not received by the company by the last day of the deadline, will result in forfeiture. (MTI)
