Thanks to the Weerts Logistics Park (WLP), Vecsés is going green
The humus wall created in the Weerts Logistics Park (WLP) logistics park in Vecsés, built in an environmentally conscious spirit, serves to reduce noise and dust pollution.
In the eco-conscious Green Program of the investment, the company undertook to protect the wildlife in Pest County. The company plans to plant a total of 1,150 trees and 8,500 shrubs in the vicinity of their development in the tree-planting campaign, which will take place on 45 hectares in four stages.
As a responsible investor, WLP, which has a Belgian-Hungarian ownership background, takes the fate of the localities where it develops to heart. So on Earth Day, April 22, 2024, as the first step of the initiative, he planted trees on the humus hill.
