The Sunday store closure can affect third of the Hungarians, who buy intensively on the last day of the week.
They will have to purchase in more expensive, smaller shops. The turnover of smaller shops can increase by 100 billion HUF this year, due to the measure. According to portfolio.hu’s survey, Sunday was the least popular day in offline retail last year, with its 10 percent share. One-third of consumers are buying intensively on Sunday. (portfolio.hu)
