The Conscious Shopping System helps in planning personalised promotions
Laurel Group announced the launch of a retail system that is capable of comprehensive shopping habit analysis. The company developed the Conscious Shopping System from which retailers, shoppers and society in general can all profit. Using the information from the system retailers can change their product assortment, seeing which products are the most sought-after. Analysing customer habits also facilitates making personalised offers to shoppers. At the same time customers feel it is worth spending their money in a given store because they are known and their demands are satisfied there. Shoppers who register can monitor their spending and change their habits if necessary. You can learn more about the Conscious Shopping System on 12-13 November at the Laurel Retail Conference.(x)
