Tesco appoints director of customer experience
Tesco’s Hungary strengthens its domestic team with the director of customer experience. Mónika Szilva, who has decades of experience in FMCG, arrived at the company in August 2021, where she is also responsible for managing marketing activities tailored to the ever-changing customer needs, as well as for bringing together regional work in this field.
