Retail sales in Germany grew less than expected
Retail sales in Germany grew less than expected in May on a monthly basis after declining in April.
The German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) announced on Thursday that retail sales increased by 4.2 percent in real terms and by 4.5 percent in nominal terms in May, compared to the previous month, adjusted for calendar and seasonal adjustments. (MTI)
