German retail sales improved less than expected in September
In September, German retail sales grew less than expected both in annual and monthly terms.
Destatis, the German Federal Bureau of Statistics, announced on Thursday that retail sales grew 3.4 percent year-over-year in September, after a 3.1 percent growth in August.
Turnover grew by 0.1 percent, compared to August, with a month-on-month decline of 0.1 percent in August. (MTI)
