Henkel expects profit growth for 2010
Henkel expects remarkable improvement in its results this year. The company is confident, that its organic revenue growth exceeds the results of the relevant markets.
Last year, Henkel's sales turnover was 13 573 million euros, which is a 3.9 percent decrease, compared to the previous year. In the first quarter, significant decline occured, due to the effect of the economic downturn, while the further quarters brought steady increase.
The operating result (EBIT) increased by 38.6 percent to 1 080 million euros, from 779 million euros.
