German economic sentiment is under expectations
The German ZEW economic sentiment index increased to 57.7 points in September from the 56.1 points of August. Sixty points were expected.
According to ZEW Institute of Economic Research, the economic outlook increasingly linked to the export prospects and the global environment, rather than domestic developments. The German economy appears to be start to grow, but this will be slow certainly. Consumption is likely to stabilize in the next half year, and did not see "W" shaped recession.
