Váci street is fifteen times cheaper than New York
According to the recent market analysis of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) on the retail sector;

The analysis of CB Richard Ellis shows that while consumers remain cautious in spending, consumer confidence is slowly improving. The retail trade has challenges, but the confidence of traders also increased in the past year.
In Budapest, to rent premises the northern part of the Váci street is the most expensive. The monthly rent per square meter is 60-80 euros – reports Világgazdaság Online.
