The Váci street is the 37th most expensive retail space
The world's most prominent retail location has not changed over the past 12 months. The latest research of Cushman & Wakefield measured the highest rental growth in South America and in the Asian region.
New York’s 'Fifth Avenue', where rental rates increased by 8.8 percent, remains the world's most expensive retail location in the last 9 years. The tenants of the 'Fifth Avenue' pay 16.257 euros per square meter rental fee. The Hong Kong 'Causeway Bay' is also maintained its second position. Currently, Europe's most expensive retail area the London 'Bond Street', which has an annual rental fee of 7.345 euros per square meter is the third. The Váci street of Budapest slipped back to the 37th position from the 34th place, but still in front of Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Slovakia – reports portfolio.hu.
