The latest restaurant owner Gundel
Following a long pause, a restaurant has been opened by a member of the Gundel dynasty again. Károly Gundel, the great grandson of the founder of the old Gundel restaurant is the only member of the family who is active in the catering business, although both his father and uncle teach gastronomy. Before opening his restaurant, he had already spent fifteen years in the world of bars and restaurants, selling wine and alcohol. – The menu in „Egykor és Most” remains true to the spirit of the old Gundel, but the old recipes have been updated.
