The Sole-Mizo Zrt. improved the production of cottage cheese
Within a 1.8 billion HUF project, partly supported by the EU, the Sole-Mizo Zrt. improved the production of cottage cheese and whey drinks.
Herczeg István Central European COO of the company, belonging to the Bonafarm group told on Thursday in Szeged that the project was supported by the European Union and the Hungarian government with 845 million HUF. He added that after the termination of the milk quota, the whole Hungarian dairy sector is in an increasingly difficult situation. A major import comes to the Hungarian market, and the “quasi” illegal sales volumes are high as well.
