Tork’s horeca ambassador
Norbert Sipos, head chef of Lajvér Bisztró in Szálka has become Tork’s horeca ambassador. He told that one of Tork’s biggest strengths is offering solutions to many problems. They don’t use traditional kitchen towels in the bistro any more. Mr Sipos uses one Tork disposable hand towel a day – for many tasks, from filtering soup to holding a hot frying pan. An Xpressnap dispenser is used for serving and guests. Kitchen staff wash their hands with disinfectant liquid soap and dry them with Reflex paper towel.(x)
