The top managers would like to work for Unilever
According to the recent global survey of Hay Group; the best workplaces for managers are banks, the companies of the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sector, as well as large manufacturers.
According to the Hay Group; the companies that were participating in the survey are starting to recover from the crisis.
“The successful companies are gtrabbing ideas from all levels of the organization” -commented the results Georg Vielmetter, regional manager of Hay Group’s management and organization department. He added: this allows the companies to move away from the purely organizational structures based on hierarchy, giving more opportunity for autonomous decision-making and collaborative leadership.
In Europe, the Unilever, and two Spanish companies, the Banco Santander and the Telefónica can be considered as the best workplaces – reports Világgazdaság Online.
