Hungarian Egg Producers Association Restricted the Competition

On the first stage the Judgment of Capital approved the decission of Hungarian Competition Authority that there was a kartell between the Hungarian Egg Farmers.

 The association of the Egg Producers
limited the competition between 2002-2005 with several arrangements.
It informed its members about actual prices, when to increase it,
when to export 10%, etc.

So the Hungarian Watch Dog said the
association has to pay HUF 120 million penalty, also the members have
to pay HUF 26,5 million fine.
