The Hut Group acquires online beauty retailer Dermstore
Target Corp. is selling its skincare and beauty retailer – which they bought in 2013 – to a fast-growing British e-commerce company, called The Hut Group. The group is buying Dermstore.com for USD 350 million from Target. Dermstore is the No.1 US pure-play online retailer of quality skincare and specialty beauty brands.
