Producers will present natural gastronomy in Szilvásvárad
Some producers of the Bük region prepares to showcase gastronomy based on high-quality raw materials that can be found in nature. The presentation will take place on 18 June in Szilvásvárad, in the Szalajka Valley – was said at the press conference announcing the event in Eger, Hungary.
At the Producers’ Gastronomy “Round the Woods” event, the Macok Bistro from Eger, Sáfrány Pisztrángos from Szilvásvárad, Sándor Tamás cheesemaker from Mónosbél, the Hegyi-Kaló Winery from Szomolya and Rózsa Péter organic farmer from Virágoskút will present their products. (MTI)
