Finally, the producer pays instead of the ”black market”
According to Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture; On the stagnating cereal market the ”black traders” are gaining profit. Usually tricking with the VAT, in the name of not existing foreign companies.
The customer sets up the producers of grain, sunflower seeds with a promise about delivering the product into an EU Member State.
Then, after the sale, at the tax control the producers are facing with the fact, that they can not prove the fact of the export, therefore the sellers (producers) have to pay the tax and the fine after the products.
The problem was indicated by the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture to the authorities, but until then, the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture calls the attention of grain and other agricultural producers (sellers) to be careful in the choosing of buyers – reports Népszabadaság Online.
