Consumption of dairy products can reduce the risk of heart disease
There was a correlation between the regular consumption of dairy products and the reduction of the risk of heart disease in an international research.
The survey conducted by The Lancet, British Medical Journal was made with the involvement of over 130,000 people in 21 countries. The consumption of three dairy products per day was associated with lower rates of cardiovascular disease and mortality, compared to those who consumed less dairy products. (MTI)
