The Dairy Product Council would offset cost increase with tax reduction
The effect of adverse economic trends – including price increase due to the rise in costs – could be offset by reducing the value added tax (VAT) – said Lukács László, executive director of the Milk Marketing Board Interprofessional Organization told MTI on Wednesday.
According to the manager of the marketing board the dry weather of the recent weeks may increase the price of several feed products. Because of this production costs of the dairy producers can grow by 4-5 percent. (MTI)
