More wine in the cellars than last year
The amount of new wine this year may exceed last year's harvest – the National Council of Wine Communities (HNT) estimates.
According to the predictions of the National Council of Wine Communities (HNT), a total of 2.78 million hectoliters of wine can be made in 2015, compared to last year’s 2.55 million hectoliters – Napi Gazdaság wrote on Saturday.
However, the purchase price of grapes may increase because due to last year’s poorer harvests and reduced import the domestic wine stocks declined significantly. (MTI, hirado.hu)
