KPMG is testing AI as a compliance specialist helping the work of consultants
Hungarian for Innovation organized by the Joint Venture Association (JVSZ). At the conference, a KPMG Hungary employee reported on their experiment, in the framework of which they supported the process of processing company materials by developing a machine learning model. The artificial intelligence deployed to check compliance with the relevant regulations does not yet replace the work of experts, but it significantly speeds up the process, creating a documentation base with an efficiency of over 80%. Thus, in the remaining time, human intervention can perform the more thorough analysis that requires a lot of attention.
It was not just another event on the map of Hungarian innovation, but also served to present the latest trends and bring together the most important players at this year’s Innovation Magyar! conference. Nearly 120 interested people took part in the event, including managers of large companies, government policy experts and founders of startup businesses.
One of the featured speakers, Péter Ignácz, manager of KPMG, provided an exciting insight into how to use the capabilities of large language models – such as OpenAI’s GPT4 or Meta’s Llama3 – in the office environment. Ignácz presented in detail the areas in which AI can already be more efficient than humans in processing information, and what opportunities it offers companies in their daily work.
