Lack of information can slow down therapy
As a result of the liberalisation of the pharmaceutical market and the reform of the health system, targeted and adequate communication is becoming more important. Medicine without information is practically useless. According to several surveys, medicines are used far more efficiently if patients understand the therapy and are motivated by this understanding. Brands and brand values play an important role in motivating patients, provided benefits are marked and notable. According to a survey prepared by GfK LHS Healthcare, patients are generally not informed well enough about the medicines used for therapy.
