Freedom of speecg won agains Tokaj-wine

The opinion of the taste of wine and the style of writing is up to the journalist – not everybody agreed with this though. Tokaj Kereskedőház Ltd. has sued journalist Péter Uj who critized Tokaji wine and the state support behind it, saying the wine tasted “shitty”. First, judges claimed Uj to commited a crime, but later, in Strasbourg it turned out the journalist has the right to express his own opinion freely.
