Many small and medium businesses use Word of Mouth (WOM) and Word of Mouth Marketing (WOMM) to call the customer’s attention – write the Business and Success.
Word of Mouth Marketing
is a cost-effective and a long time-known technique. It can be used
mostly in case of promoting new products and services.
The biggest companies do
not use this tehnique, small and medium businesses use it mostly,
with private consumption, where supply is wide, while the demand is
smaller and quickly variable.
In particular, those
small firms can survive the current difficult economic situation,
that are able to seriously affect the costumers, but do it in ethical
manner.
