The Sziget Festival and Balaton Sound are among the best European festivals

In two different categories the Sziget Festival and Balaton Sound also got into the top ten in the competition of the best European festivals. The winners will be announced in January 2013.

More than a million votes were cast from the countries of Europe to the 2012 Festival Awards Europe address. In different categories, the Sziget Festival and Balaton Sound are also among the Top 10. The winners will be held at the awards ceremony on 9 January in Groningen , the Netherlands – Vető Viktória, press agent of the two competing Hungarian festivals told MTI on Wednesday. (MTI)
