Carbohydrate too low and too high equally harmful to your health
A too low or too high diet in carbohydrates increases the risk of premature mortality according to a new study published in the Lancet journal.
Researchers have collected eight large-scale studies and found that anyone who wants to be healthy needs a moderate amount of carbohydrate in their diet. Of the total calories in the diet, less than 40 percent carbohydrate or more than 70 percent of the higher risk of premature mortality. (MTI)
