MOHU promotes selective waste collection and REpoints
MOHU promotes selective waste collection and waste recycling REpoints, and television presenters Nóra Ördög and Attila Till joined the company’s campaigns as ambassadors.
Gábor Ozoli, the spokesperson of the MOHU, highlighted at the Wednesday press conference held at the REpoint set up in Budakesz: the waste collection and recycling machines started to be set up all over the country from January.
The new system will be introduced gradually, and manufacturers have been given a grace period until June 30. Until now, packaging that cannot be returned can still be put on the market, he said.
The new waste recycling and collection system already works successfully in several countries and can achieve a recycling rate of up to 90 percent – the spokesperson indicated.
