Why are the tallest people in the world shrinking
For decades, Dutch men and women are the tallest in the world, but the last generation is on average one centimeter smaller than the previous one, researchers explain the reason by a poorer diet.

Dutch became smaller
Since 1958, the Dutch have topped the list of the world’s tallest men, but according to the latest figures from the Dutch statistical office, the average 19-year-old Dutch man was 182.9 centimeters and a Dutch woman 169.3 centimeters in 2020, ie men born in 2001. they were one centimeter lower than men born in 1980, and women of the same age were 1.4 centimeters lower.
