The Hungarian Hotel and Restaurant Association (MSZÉSZ) welcomes the proposed VAT reduction on catering services. It can reduce prices and will help to maintain the workforce as well as will increase the competitiveness of businesses – Niklai Ákos, president of the MSZÉSZ told MTI on Wednesday.
Varga Mihály told MTI on Wednesday that in next year's budget the VAT on pork, milk, eggs and poultry products will be reduced to 5 percent, but the sales tax on Internet usage and food services will be reduced as well.
