The professional programs continues of the Food Industry Directorate of the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) continues with the “Let’s Learn Together” series in September with the topic of brewing – agroinform.hu wrote.
There is an urgent need for both food businesses and small producers to acquire practical, marketable knowledge that can be immediately translated into their daily activities. Interactive knowledge transfer also provides opportunities for face-to-face discussion, consultation, and presentation of self-made products with professionals, who can be consulted on product quality and on-demand help to improve quality.
