The greenest project launched in Hungary
The basis of the greenest officebuilding of the city centre has been laid today. Ambassador of Sweden Cecilia Björner, mayor of the 13th district Dr József Tóth and vice-president of Skanska AB Claes Larsson were present. The envirobmentally conscious investment of 32.5 million euros is serving the goal of sustainability and long-term economic solutions and technologies. Green House is going to use 30 percent less energies than prescribed by Hungarian laws, 64 percent less drinking-water is being used. This is the first project in Hungary to win the qualification of LEED Platinum. Green House is going to open its gates in mid-2012.
