The Rubin has proved that Hungarian paprika is still world-class
The Rubin Kft. has received tremendous recognition at Great Taste Awards food tasting competition in the UK, which is also known as the Oscars for Foods. Three of its products earned a total of four stars in the contest.
The Rubin BIO Szegedi Paprika worth two stars according to the jury. The two-star dishes are “prominent and have a much better flavor than the fine ones”. Evaluation says: “Beautiful bright color. First, there is a wonderful, mellow paprika taste followed by a warm fruity evolution.” The BIO version of the Szegedi Paprika is so popular that it is not available before this year’s harvest (October), just its conventional version.
