From the beginning, Rossmann employs its courier colleagues in a classic employment setting
Even before the KATA amendment, Rossmann Hungary employed its courier employees as its own employees in a “classic” employment relationship. The amendment, which came into effect on August 31, caused many companies to struggle with how to continue their cooperation with their former KATA partners, but the drugstore network employed its own car delivery colleagues in a classic employment relationship from the beginning.

Currently, Rossmann has a classic employment relationship with 16 courier colleagues who cover Budapest and 45 agglomeration settlements and work with deliveries within 5 hours.
“I think that the responsibility of a company of this size goes beyond its tax obligations, which is why we employ 16 courier colleagues on a regular basis. In addition to their basic salary, they receive all the benefits that logistics employees also receive: attendance, year-end and performance bonuses (based on service level), as well as a Glamor bonus and a multipay card. At Rossmann, our goal is not only to create and maintain a fair business culture, but also to achieve the satisfaction of our employees.”
– said Kornél Németh, managing director of Rossmann Hungary.
