The brandy tasting campaign launched at the airport is the agricultural marketing center
The Agricultural Marketing Center has launched a one -month brandy campaign for foreigners in Hungary. Not only can he taste the Hungaricum at the Heinemann Duty Free Skycourt shop at the Liszt Ferenc International Airport at the Liszt Ferenc International Airport. Through a busy airport, tens of thousands of people leave and arrive daily, so it is an ideal place for travelers to get to know and taste our national drink.
During the campaign until March 31, 2023, those passing Hungary’s firm drink for four weekends can be tasted at the duty-free zone of Liszt Ferenc International Airport. The purpose of the promotion is to get the traveling public to know, taste and buy our national drink on request. At the tasting desk, the passers can get to know four flavors, and if they are pleased, they can take a few bottles as a souvenir or even in their own part.
Tasting will be available at the following times:
• March 3-5. 10: 00-20: 00
• March 10-12. 10: 00-20: 00
• March 17-19. 10: 00-20: 00
• March 25-26. 10: 00-20: 00
The Hungarian Pálinka was declared by the European Union in 2004
In 2008, the so-called. Pálinka law has regulated the criteria for calling an alcoholic beverage a brandy. According to this, brandy is a fruit distillation made from fruits grown or wild in Hungary, and has been made in Hungary in Hungary. Another important requirement is that the drink should be bottled with at least 37.5%alcohol and cannot be flavored, sweetened or colored in any way, except for barrel and fruit maturity. Pálinka was included in 2013 as a Hungaricum.
