Drinking coffee regularly can have health benefits
The intestinal microbiome of regular coffee consumers is healthier than those who drink little or no coffee – a new American study found.
In recent years, numerous studies have demonstrated the relationship between coffee consumption and the reduction of health risks. For example, coffee has been shown to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, certain cancers and Parkinson’s disease. (MTI)
