RaktárAD’s industrial condominiums in Alsónémed will soon be home to 25 SMEs
In 2024, RaktárAD, which has a Belgian-Hungarian ownership background, will start the construction of a logistics property with a floor area of more than 15,000 m2 in Alsónémedi, Vecsés and Bag locations.
The investments are being implemented in the settlements of the Pest County in such a way that they do not yet have an order book, but the attractive products, the sub-deposits of the industrial condominiums, are expected to be sold already at the start of the project.
In recent years, with more than 200,000 m2 of completed structures behind them, the company has helped many domestic businesses to operate efficiently. The new companies represent diverse industries. Among others, there is a car parts wholesaler, a motorcycle repair shop, a food manufacturer, a unique tool manufacturer, and also a heating equipment installer.
These warehouse buildings are apartment buildings that create an industrial community, which welcome entrepreneurs from the SME sector, who until now have carried out their activities, among other things, in residential areas.
In August 2024, the Alsónémedi project will enter a new phase, when the foundation stone of the 4th phase of construction will be laid. The investment with an excellent location lies between the M0 motorway and the M5 motorway, facilitating the traffic of companies by car and truck.
