The Kapos menti Gastro Cultural Festival promotes Rákóczi cottage cheese
In addition to the promotion of the Rákóczi cottage cheese, Rákóczi János master chef will also be commemorated on 27 and 28 September at the Kapos menti Gastro Cultural Festival in Dombóvár and its surroundings.
During the two-day event, the cake blade collection of Vojtek Évam, the pottery works of Kozák Éva as well as the performance of the Döbröközi Folk Ensemble will welcome the visitors – was said at the festival’s press conference on Thursday in Budapest.
A national dessert competition will also be held, where young confectioners will prepare the Rákóczi cottage cheese, based on traditional recipe. (MTI)
