The analysts of Raiffeisen raised their domestic growth forecast to 3.7 percent this year
Raiffeisen Bank’s analysts raised their forecast for this year’s economic growth from 3.4 percent to 3.7 percent – Török Zoltán, chief analyst of the bank told on Thursday at a press conference in Budapest.
He added that although the external economic environment does not support the growth in Hungary, the strong growth in domestic demand and household consumption will be the engine of growth.
He pointed out that the inflation path remains hectic, with an annual inflation rate of 3.2 percent and 3.3 percent at the end of the year. (MTI)
