PENNY’s latest campaign promotes domestic food
With a brand new campaign, PENNY further strengthens its commitment to supporting Hungarian producers and agriculture. The store chain’s primary goal is to offer its customers high-quality domestic products, while providing budget-friendly prices and promoting a shorter supply chain. The focus of their new commercial is on domestic farmers, through whose work PENNY is constantly expanding its domestic food offering.

Mathias Mentrop, CEO of PENNY in Hungary
One of the most important corporate values of PENNY Hungary is the support of Hungarian agriculture, as part of which it pays special attention to domestic producers and suppliers. As part of this, he is now launching a comprehensive campaign, the aim of which is to bring domestic food even closer to customers.
“It is extremely important for us that our customers can choose from high-quality and reasonably priced products, while we also support the Hungarian economy. We are proud to maintain close relations with our Hungarian suppliers, and nearly two-thirds of our selection in all our stores comes from domestic sources.”
– said Mathias Mentrop, the general manager of PENNY in Hungary.
