Euronics also cooperates with two pet food manufacturers
The Euronics Technical Store chain has entered into a long-term partnership agreement with the pet food business of Nestlé Purina and Mars, thanks to which the quality dog and cat food of the two manufacturers will appear in the Euronics range. The pet food complements the product range of Euronics’ pet accessories introduced last year, in which customers can find a wide range of products, from comfortable beds to electric and self-operating toys.
The Hungarian-owned technical store chain is constantly expanding its portfolio – the sports equipment and dietary supplements product category introduced in January was followed by baby-mother equipment, and the company also expanded the range of accessories for pets launched last year, which product range is now expanding even further thanks to the collaboration. The reseller collaborations just concluded are not the first partnerships of this kind for the company, Euronics recently entered into a similar agreement with the LEGO Group.
It is not by chance that Euronics opens to pet owners: according to Purina’s market data, the pet food market is expanding significantly, and it has also produced dynamic growth compared to the previous year, which is primarily due to the jump in the dog and cat food segment. In response to the increasingly popular dog and cat keeping, manufacturers offer a wide range of equipment and accessories for small animals, which make it easier for owners and complete the everyday life of their pets. Euronics has selected the most useful ones for its own offer.
