The cheeses of Kőröstej won gold and silver medals at the International Cheese Olympics

The CheeseMakers and Dairy Professionals Association of Austrian and international experts organized the international “Käsiade” cheese competition in Hopfgarten, Tyrol for the 12th time this year.

At the so called Cheese Olympics, the jury awarded two products of Kőröstej with medals. The popular HAJDÚ grilled cheese won a gold medal in the semi-hard cheeses category, while the company’s Labneh yogurt cheese and was awarded with a silver medal in the cream cheese category.
Tráj Gyula, the managing director Kőröstej personally received the medals at the site of the prestigous competition in Tyrol.
