Nébih regards black foods as a risk factor
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) has identified a group of so-called black foods as a new food safety risk factor – the agency announced on its website.
The communication highlighted that the appearance of black foods, such as black ice cream, black pizza is trendy on the food market nowadays.
Nébih emphasizes that the intake of activated carbon is very effectively binds various molecules in the digestive system, not only toxins, but also to numerous compounds important to the body, such as vitamins and drug molecules. (MTI)
