Nébih inspects high-risk products containing the E410 additive
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) provides targeted inspections of high-risk products containing the E410 additive and requests self-inspection from processors importing the E410 additive as soon as possible and, in case of non-compliance, to initiate recall of the products and inform the authority, Nébih told MTI on Thursday.
The Authority recalls that it had been informed through the European Union Food and Feed Safety Alert System (RASFF) that higher than permitted levels of ethylene oxide contamination had been detected in additive E410. (MTI)
