Nébih continues to develop eGN during the summer
The development work concerning the electronic Farming Diary is ongoing even during the summer, as a result of which Nébih is making the administrative tasks of farmers in eGN easier and easier with new updates. Thanks to the current developments, among other things, it has become easier to search for the field during the inheritance of the production site, previously closed authorizations can be added again, and in the future it will be possible to mark the autumn crop on the utilization form.
During the inheritance of production sites from the previous year, it is now possible to search for the field ID and EC number of the production sites to be inherited, thus making it easier to search for the given field. For the grazing operation, the list of animal species that can be specified has been narrowed down to the species that can be grazed. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the office changed the names of the date fields associated with the authorizations in the “Record production site data” window. It is important that these technical fields do not contain the date on which the legal title was assumed, but the date on which the legal title was recorded, and they are filled in automatically when the legal title is registered. The title applies to the year it is listed in the diary, regardless of when the right was taken!
The specification of the “Other” plant protection agent was also introduced
Thanks to the development, it is only possible to select the products on the list. If the farmer cannot find the plant protection agent he is looking for in the drop-down list, first check whether it is really a product with a plant protection effect.
The conversion of diary keeping to a calendar year is in progress
As the first step in this development, it was possible to mark the autumn (next year’s) plant culture utilization on the form. In the future, the utilizations marked there can be copied together with the place of production into the following year’s diary. The agency also made error corrections with the update package: by entering the abbreviation ‘I-m’, the plant protection agent I-Maza became searchable. In addition, the previously inactive “+” sign was activated in the “Record production site data” window when re-entering a previously closed authorization. As a result, privileges that had already been closed can be taken up again.
