The NAV imposed 90 million HUF worth fines at Christmas
In the scope of the Christmas control action, tax inspectors imposed almost 90 million HUF worth fines, 22 shops were closed for 12 days and one store can not accept customers for 30 days – the National Tax and Customs Office (NAV) told MTI on Tuesday.
The inspectors visited Christmas fairs, shopping centers, Christmas tree stands, and also attended at a Christmas concert.
In the Central Hungarian region, 30 percent of the tax inspections revealed deficiencies, which shows an improving situation. The situation is slightly better in the western part, where there were less offenders. (MTI)
